Resolved: Application Jukebox Unexpected Outage - Thursday, January 21

The software that manages the "Application Jukebox" service on Windows computers in CAEN computer labs is currently experiencing an outage. CAEN staff are working with the software vendor to apply a patch that should resolve the issue.

8:34 p.m.:  Updates to Application Jukebox have been applied and tested, and the service is operating normally again.
