Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service - Friday, February 3

ITS is currently experiencing a service degradation with MiDesktop, which supports CAEN's Windows Remote Desktop service. This is resulting in connection unavailable errors. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status page.
