Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service - Tuesday, December 6

ITS is currently experiencing a service degradation with MiDesktop, which supports CAEN's Windows Remote Desktop service. This is resulting in a fewer number of available connections. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status page.

Update: The CAEN servers are now up and running with users connected.
