Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service - Wednesday, January 6

Due to a software problem, computers used for the Windows Remote Desktop Service are currently unavailable. CAEN staff are investigating, and working to bring the service back up as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time of repair.

Update: The Windows Remote Desktop Service software problem was resolved around 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening.
