On Thursday, February 8 from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m., ITS will be replacing a UPS in the Lurie Engineering Center building. Any potential outage will be less than 15 minutes during the maintenance window. Further updates will be available on the ITS Service Status page.

Resolved: IP Voice Services Outage – Saturday, February 10

Resolved: ITS MiStorage Maintenance – Saturday, March 3

On Saturday, March 3 starting at 11:00 p.m., ITS will be performing maintenance on the MiStorage servers that host CAEN Windows home directories. The maintenance is expected to last until Sunday, March 4 at 7:00 a.m. During that time, users may experience brief outages while attempting to access their Windows home directories.

Resolved: Nuclear Engineering Lab UPS Replacement – Tuesday, February 13

On Tuesday, February 13 from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m., ITS will be replacing a failed uninterruptible power supply (UPS) located on the second floor on the Nuclear Engineering Lab. Resolved: U-M Google Service Degradation – Friday, January 26

Beginning at around 6:30 this morning, users have been reporting issues receiving email. The U-M mail gateway hosts are currently experiencing much higher than normal load, which is causing this outage. The root cause is currently being identified.

Resolved: AppsAnywhere Slowness – Monday, January 22

CAEN has received reports of slowness when launching certain applications via the AppsAnywhere cloudpaging website. CAEN staff are investigating.

Update 1/23 at 1:35 p.m. – We have opened a trouble ticket with the vendor, and are working with them to resolve the issue. Further updates will be posted here once more information is available.

Resolved: AFS Server Maintenance – Saturday, January 13

On Saturday, January 13 at 11:00 p.m. until Sunday, January 14 at 1:00 a.m., the umich.edu AFS servers will be unavailable while ITS performs maintenance.
