Sites Hosted on CAEN Web Publishing
If your site is hosted on the CAEN Web Publishing platform (WordPress):
- Automatic Scanning: Your site is automatically added to the Engineering instance.
- User Access: Website editors are synchronized weekly. If you have “Editor” or “Administrator” permissions in WordPress, you should automatically gain access to the SiteImprove dashboard for your site.
Departmental Websites
For departmental sites hosted by Communications & Marketing
- Contact engin-web@umich.edu to discuss adding your site or managing team permissions.
Other Engineering Sites
Have a site that you want to monitor?
- Request a Scan: Use our SiteImprove Request Form to provide your site URL.
- Onboarding: Once requested, our team will add the site to the Engineering instance.
- Request Users be added: Use our SiteImprove Request Form to specify who should have access to SiteImprove.
