The CAEN Hotline is the College of Engineering’s computing support desk located on North Campus. Hotline consultants are available to answer your questions about accessing CAEN’s computer labs, software, and other CAEN information technology services. Hours of Operation
Note: The CAEN Hotline will be closed Wednesday, July 4, 2018 through Friday, July 6, 2018. It will reopen with its normal hours on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.
The CAEN Hotline’s hours vary depending on the time of year. On days when classes are not in session (e.g. during exams or recess), the Hotline is only open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Hotline is also only open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes each term, for staff scheduling and training.
In general, during the term and while classes are in session, the Hotline is open at the following times:
- Fall & Winter Terms
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Spring & Summer Terms
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
