Beginning at around 6:30 this morning, users have been reporting issues receiving email. The U-M mail gateway hosts are currently experiencing much higher than normal load, which is causing this outage. The root cause is currently being identified.
Update 1/26 at 2:00 p.m. – ITS is reporting that U-M Google email services have been restored, but it may take some time for all queued email to be delivered to mailboxes.
