The CAEN Help Desk is located on the second floor of the Duderstadt Center, at the main library reserves desk. You can call the Help Desk at (734) 764-CAEN [2236]. If no consultant is available, leave a voicemail and a CAEN staff member will respond as soon as possible. Please make sure to clearly spell your U-M uniqname. Online chat and email contact options are also available, as described below.

 

Chat with a consultant

To chat with a CAEN consultant, open a browser tab, or click the Blue icon in the bottom-right corner of the page. If no consultant is available, you will be prompted to submit your message, and the next available CAEN consultant will contact you.

Send email to a consultant

To email CAEN consultants, send your message to caen@umich.edu. You may also submit your request using our online contact form, which requires authentication with a UMICH password and Duo two-factor authentication.
