If no consultant is available, leave a voicemail and a CAEN staff member will respond as soon as possible. Please make sure to clearly spell your U-M uniqname. Online chat and email contact options are also available, as described below.
Note: The Help Desk will be closed Thursdays, 1:30-2:30 p.m. for staff training.
Chat with a consultant
To chat with a CAEN Help Desk consultant, open a browser tab, or click the Blue icon in the bottom-right corner of the page. If no consultant is available, you will be prompted to submit an offline message, and the next available CAEN consultant will contact you at the email address you provide.
