To open a Live Chat session with a CAEN consultant, you can open a browser tab or click the Blue button in the bottom-right corner of the page. If no consultant is available, you will be prompted to submit an offline message, and the next available consultant will contact you at the email address you provide.
The CAEN Help Desk is the College of Engineering’s computing and IT support desk located on North Campus. Help Desk consultants are available to answer your questions about accessing CAEN’s computer labs, software, and other U-M computing services.
