Hotline Walk-In & Phone Support
The CAEN Hotline is the College of Engineering’s computing help desk located on North Campus. Hotline consultants are available to answer your questions about accessing CAEN’s computer labs, software, and other CAEN computing services. Call the Hotline at (734) 764-CAEN (2236), or visit the Hotline web page for location and hours of operation.
Click the button on the right to open a live, web-based chat session with a CAEN consultant. If no consultant is available, you will be prompted to submit an offline message, and the next available CAEN consultant will contact you at the email address you provide.
To send an email message to CAEN consultants, submit your request using our online contact form. This form requires authentication with a UMICH password. You may also send your message to firstname.lastname@example.org from your U-M Google (@umich.edu) email account.
