Adobe CS6 Software Availability – Fall 2017

The CS6 (Creative Suite 6) versions of Adobe applications will no longer be available on computers running the CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE) beginning in the Fall 2017 term.

Due to changes in the licensing structure of Adobe applications, access to Adobe Creative Cloud will be provided, but it will only be available on select CAEN lab computers. The specific locations will be announced and listed here prior to the start of the term.

For the CLSE computers that will no longer run Adobe CS6, the following alternative software titles are being provided:

All of the alternative software titles listed above will available on CAEN Lab and Duderstadt Center computers running the CLSE for Fall 2017.

 


BIRB, School of Information North, West Hall, & College of Pharmacy Network Upgrades – Thursday, August 3

On Thursday, August 3 from 5:00 to 8:00 a.m., ITS will be performing upgrades to the network hardware that supports the BIRB, School of Information North, West Hall, & College of Pharmacy buildings. During this time, all wired and Wi-Fi devices will lose connectivity. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status page.


IOE, East Hall, LBME, LEC, NAME, SRB, ERB, Pierpont, & Aero Lab Network Upgrades – Wednesday, August 2

On Wednesday, August 2 from 5:00 to 8:00 a.m., ITS will be performing upgrades to the network hardware that supports the IOE, East Hall, Lurie Biomedical, Lurie Tower, Lurie Engineering Center, NAME, SRB, ERB, Pierpont Commons, & Aero Lab buildings. During this time, all wired and Wi-Fi devices will lose connectivity. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status page.
