The University is requiring all current students, faculty, staff, and sponsored affiliates to change their UMICH password before the end of the day on Tuesday, September 12.
It is recommended for all individuals to use the self-service password changing process. If for some reason an individual cannot log into the page, then the password recovery process can be used.
In cases where an individual cannot recover their password (e.g. no contact information was set), the University and the College are partnering to provide the on-campus, walk-up support options below. Bring your Mcard!
- The ITS Tech Shops in Pierpont Commons and the Michigan Union are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- ITS consultants are also available to assist in the Angell Hall Computing Site (Fishbowl) Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- College of Engineering IT staff will be at the IOE building in room 1602 (just inside the front entrance) through September 15, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Note: For those traveling from outside of North Campus, short-term parking will be available at the circle drive in front of the Lurie Engineering Center, near the entrance to IOE.
