The CAEN computer lab located in Beyster 1695 will be closed on Wednesday, June 14 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. for a private event.
The CAEN computer lab located in EECS 2331 will be closed on Monday, June 12 for room maintenance. It is expected to reopen by Friday, July 28 at 8:30 a.m.
CAEN Windows Home Directories (a.k.a. the “N:” drive) will be unavailable starting Saturday, July 15 at 11:00 p.m. through Sunday, July 16 at 8:00 a.m. During this time, directories will be migrated by ITS to newer hardware. After the migration is complete, users should expect their data and file access to be the same. Computers in CAEN labs and some department instructional learning centers may also be inaccessible during this migration.
The University is currently experiencing several campus-wide service outages, affecting login access to computers, websites, and email. Outage notices and updates can be found on the ITS Service Status page.
Starting Friday, June 16 at 11:00 p.m., ITS will be performing upgrades to the software that supports printing services on campus, including in CAEN computer labs. The upgrades are expected to be completed by Saturday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status Page.
