Perusall is an annotation tool that allows students to mark up course materials with their own notes, view notes from other students and comment and reply to these notes. Perusall turns coursework into a social experience, making learning more fun and engaging while helping students think critically and develop a deeper understanding of written material.

Access
To enable Perusall click into the desired Canvas course, open the Settings menu, and click on Navigation. Refer to Enabling External Apps for more information. Ensure you select Perusall 1.3. After you first access Perusall from Canvas, your Perusall account will be created. You can then access Perusall via Canvas or the Perusall website moving forward.
