Resolved: AppsAnywhere Service Degradation – Wednesday, May 1

CAEN has identified an issue with AppsAnywhere single sign-on (SSO) on Windows computers. Instead of being automatically authenticated to the web portal upon logging into a computer, users are being prompted for their uniqname and UMICH password to gain access to software. CAEN staff are working with the service provider toward resolution.
