In order to combat performance problems due to excessive malicious traffic, web sites in the CAEN Web Publishing service may be inaccessible by people in specific countries. The countries include China, India, Pakistan, Russia, and Thailand. CAEN staff are monitoring performance and will un-block these countries when alternative mitigation methods are in place.
