Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service Outage – Thursday, December 16

  • End: Thursday, December 16, 10:15 p.m.

ITS is experiencing issues with connections to the MiDesktop environment that are affecting CAEN’s Windows Remote Desktop Service. ITS staff will be performing maintenance starting at 10:00 p.m. New connections to the service will be unavailable, and existing connections will be terminated. Users should save their work and disconnect from the service beforehand. Service is expected to be restored by 10:15 p.m.
