On Monday, September 25 between 5:00 and 8:30 a.m., maintenance has been scheduled for servers that support the CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE). This maintenance is intended to update the Cloudpaging software-on-demand service, enabling additional methods of software deployment to users in CAEN Labs.

On Friday, September 29 from 5:30 to 7:00 a.m., ITS will be replacing the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that supports the second floor network of the Gorguze Family Laboratory. Any potential outage will be less than five minutes during the replacement window. Further details are available at the ITS Service Status page.
On Thursday, September 28 from 5:30 to 7:00 a.m., ITS will be replacing the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that supports the second floor network of the IOE building. Any potential outage will be less than five minutes during the replacement window. Further details are available at the ITS Service Status page.
On Wednesday, September 27 from 5:30 to 7:00 a.m., ITS will be replacing the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that supports the third floor network of the G.G. Brown building. Update – 9/27: The large majority of CAEN computers have been updated with a fix to resolve the SolidWorks virtualization error.
Students are still encouraged to report any errors they may encounter when launching SolidWorks on any CAEN computer.

On Tuesday, September 19 starting at 10:00 p.m., power to the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) building will be shutdown while ITS performs preventative maintenance. Power is expected to be restored by Wednesday, September 20 at 6:00 a.m. Further information is available on the ITS Service Status page.
On Thursday, October 12 between 5:00 and 8:30 a.m., maintenance has been scheduled for servers that support the CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE). This maintenance is intended to apply security patches, correcting recent operating system and software application vulnerabilities.

From 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18 until 8:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, the CAEN Windows Remote Desktop Service will be unavailable while ITS upgrades the underlying VDI infrastructure.
