Resolved: License Server Outage – Sunday, April 1
CAEN is investigating an issue with one of the license servers. Licenses for the following titles are not currently available:
- 20-Sim
- LabVIEW
- Rhino 3D
- SolidWorks (Research)
- Visual Modflow
This outage will impact use of these applications CAEN Labs, and in College of Engineering departmental and private labs.
Resolved: Materials Studio Licensing – Friday March 30
The Materials Studio software license will expire at midnight on March 30, 2018.

Resolved: CLSE Server Maintenance – Thursday, April 12
On Thursday, April 12 between 5:00 and 8:30 a.m., maintenance has been scheduled for servers that support the CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE). This maintenance is intended to apply security patches, correcting recent operating system and software application vulnerabilities.
