Resolved: Lecture Capture Service Outage – Monday, December 13

Update 4:15 p.m. – The issue has been resolved. CAEN staff are continuing to monitor the service.

Starting Monday, December 13 at around 3:30 p.m., the Lecture Capture Service started experiencing errors connecting to the ITS API service, which may affect the ability to authorize users for viewing recordings. CAEN staff are working on a fix, but there is currently no estimated time of repair.
