Resolved: Major Storage Outage Affecting ITS & CAEN Services – Monday, August 1

Starting Monday, August 1 around 10:00 a.m., ITS started experiencing a major outage with their MiStorage service that is also affecting several CAEN services. An important impact of this outage is the ability to access network drive storage on computers running either the CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE) or Engineering Base Desktop (EBD). Users may experience severely slow responsiveness when attempting to open certain software applications, or access files stored on their personal or departmental network drives.
