The Lecture Recording service is currently experiencing a service degradation. All previously scheduled Lecture Recordings will still occur, but may not be available until after the degradation has been resolved.
On Saturday, August 23 from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., electrical maintenance will be performed in the Walter E Lay Automotive Engineering Laboratory. During this maintenance, Wi-Fi and wired network connections will be unavailable.

On Tuesday, August 19 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., maintenance has been scheduled for servers that support the Windows Remote Desktop Service. During this time, users may have trouble connecting to the service.
On Monday, August 18 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., maintenance has been scheduled for servers that support the Linux Login Service, accessed via VNC as login-course.engin.umich.edu and oncampus-course.engin.umich.edu. During this time, users may have trouble connecting to the service.

Beginning Thursday, August 21 at 7:00 a.m., ITS will begin requiring use of the U-M VPN client in order to connect to the remote MiDesktop service from off-campus networks. This change will also affect users of CAEN’s Windows Remote Desktop Service.
