On Tuesday, July 30, CAEN will be retiring the previous “CAEN Labs 2023 – 8GB Graphics” connection pool for the Windows Remote Desktop service.
Starting Wednesday, July 10 at 5:00 a.m. until Thursday, July 11 at 8:00 a.m., ITS will be performing network maintenance in the Cooley building.

The location where faculty and staff files are stored (i.e. home directories) when using a CAEN Engineering Base Desktop (EBD) computer will be migrated back to the old storage system at 11:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024. EBD users should log out Continue Reading »

CAEN has identified an issue impacting our Lecture Recording and Lecture Rewind services. Lecture Rewind is not currently available. Lecture Recording manual recording control is unavailable, including using the recorder control app loaded on lectern computers.
