Connections to the Windows Remote Desktop Service with the VMware Horizon client are currently unavailable. CAEN staff are investigating.

The Lecture Recording Service is experiencing intermittent issues loading student data related to the Student Administration Application Service outage, and some videos may be unplayable. We are working with ITS to determine the cause, and find a resolution.

ITS detected abnormally high network traffic inbound to the U-M network starting at 8:45 a.m.

On Friday, November 10 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the College departmental web applications server (deptapps.engin.umich.edu), which houses applications such as OPS, uGrab, Honors & Awards, FAR, the Visiting Scholar registry…, will be unavailable due to a hardware upgrade.
The Lecture Recording Service is experiencing difficulty loading student data from ITS, some videos may be unplayable during this outage. We are working with ITS to determine the cause, and find a resolution. No ETA on a fix.

The College’s room scheduling system, 25Live, is currently down due to a vendor outage. This is affecting the schedules normally shown on the digital displays outside of classrooms and computer labs. CAEN staff are monitoring the situation, but there is currently no estimated time of repair.
