Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service Degradation – Tuesday, December 21

  • Start: Wednesday, December 21, 8:00 a.m.
  • End: Monday, December 21, 5:30 p.m.

The Windows Remote Desktop Service is currently running at a reduced capacity while CAEN staff work with ITS to troubleshoot an issue with the service. This may cause users to see a message that “This desktop currently has no desktop sources available” when attempting to connect. This post will be updated once full service has been restored.

Physical machines located in CAEN computer labs are not affected by this issue.
