Resolved: Windows Remote Desktop Service Degradation – Wednesday, September 22

  • End: Monday, October 4, 12:00 p.m.

The Windows Remote Desktop Service is currently running at a reduced capacity while CAEN staff work with ITS to troubleshoot an issue with the service. This may cause users to see a message that all machines are currently in use when attempting to connect. This post will be updated once full service has been restored.

Physical machines located in CAEN computer labs are not affected by this issue.
